No-Bake Eggless Swiss Roll is a rolled cake. Mainly jelly has been applied and after this, we have to roll our cake and The whole process is done when the cake is not completely hot. But, Today I am going to show you a no-bake Eggless swiss roll, So let's see the Swiss roll recipe given below.

Swiss Roll Recipe Ingredients:-

Biscuit Powder - 1 and a half cup.

Sugar - 1/2 cup (powder sugar).

Butter - 1/2 cup.

coco powder - 2 tbsp.

Milk - 2-3 tbsp.

A pinch of salt.

For filling

Milk - 1/2 cup.

Powdered milk - 1/2 cup.

Sugar - 2 tbsp.

Some Cardamom.

Flour - 2 tsp. 

Water -1/2 cup.

Cooking time = 10 minutes.

Preparation time = 25-30 minute.

Resting time = 1 to 2hours in the refrigerator.  

Calories = 80 to 100 calories per serving of 1cm piece.

Eggless Swiss Roll Recipe:-

1.Firstly we have to make the filling of this roll. So take a pan put water, Sugar, Milk and heat it. Till it's boiling.

2.As the milk boiling, Add powdered milk and cardamom. After this the consistency slightly becomes thick cook it on lower heat otherize, It will stick on the bottom.

3.Now  take water in a small bowl, add the flour in the water, and mix it properly.

4.We have to add water flour mixture in the milk slowly and keep an eye on the flame mix it continuously. And cook it on low flame, the consistency must not be too thick.

5.Take another bowl add the butter, cocoa powder, biscuit powder, and sugar. Mix it properly with the help of wooden specula. Don't mix it with hands.

6.Make a soft dough, don't push the batter too hard otherwise, there will some cracks.

7.Take a butter paper put the dough on it again put the butter paper on it and roll it (try that there should be no cracks on the edges).

8.Now we have to apply the filling on the dough and roll it (do this thing with soft hands and try not to make cracks on the outer side).

9.Put the roll in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour with butter paper.so that it will not lose it and butter holds the shape.

After that your Eggless Swiss Roll is ready.

1.Always use sugar-free biscuits which makes the roll gluten-free.

2.Use Brown Sugar. It will give fewer calories.

3.we can replace the filling with whip cream or jam and also with jelly.
