Curd (1/4 cup)
Brown sugar (2/3 cup)
Oil (1/4 cup)
Whole wheat flour ( 1+1.4 cup)
Baking powder ( 1 tsp )
Baking Soda (1 tsp )
Carrot ( 1/2 cup )
Cinnamon powder ( 1/2 tsp)
Chopped Dry Fruits (optional)
Milk ( 3/4 cup)

Steps To Make Eggless Carrot Cake:-


Step 1
Take a bowl and add curd, brown sugar, and oil to it.
Whisk till you get a smooth creamy mixture.

Step 2
Add Whole wheat Flour, Baking powder, Baking soda, and mix it well.

Step 3
Add Carrot, cinnamon Powder, Dry fruits and mix it well. The mixture will be a little dry.
After that add milk gradually and mix it well.

Step 4
Pour the batter into a greased tin.

Step 5
Preheat a pan for 10 minutes after that put the tin in an oven and bake for 45-50 minutes in a low flame.

Step 6
Insert a toothpick in the cake and then take out. if it doesn't come out clean then bake for 5 more minutes and if it comes out clean then your cake is ready.

After that when it is cooled down it is ready to be served😃.
