Strawberry Angel Food Dessert Cake

Get chilled and whipped with this beautiful dessert cake dazzled with sweetened cream cheese and fresh strawberries. This recipe yields 1- 9×13 inch dish.

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (18 ounce) jar strawberry glaze
  • 1 (10 inch) angel food cake
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup white sugar

Directions

  1. First, crumble the cake into a 9×13 inch dish.
  2. And then, cream cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy in a medium bowl. After that, fold in whipped topping, and then mash the cake down with your hands and spread the cream cheese mixture over the cake.
  3. Next, combine strawberries and glaze until strawberries are evenly coated in a bowl.
  4. Lastly, spread over cream cheese layer, and chill until serving.
  5. Strawberry Angel Food Dessert Cake is ready to serve!
