Lemonade Cheesecake
This is a very delicious, sweet, and tasty low-fat cheesecake blended with lemonade-flavor drink. This recipe yields 7- 8 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 (6 ounce) ready-to-use reduced fat graham cracker crumb crust
- 1/4 cup cold fat-free milk
- 1 teaspoon CRYSTAL LIGHT Lemonade Flavor Drink Mix
- 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA FREE Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 (8 ounce) tub COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
Directions
- First, beat cream cheese and drink mix in large bowl with mixer until well blended, and then gradually add milk, mixing until well blended.
- Next, stir in COOL WHIP; spoon into crust.
- And then, refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Lemonade Cheesecake is ready to serve!
