Delicious Cream Cheesecake
This is a very easy cream cheesecake recipe that your whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 15 graham crackers
- 1 cup sour cream
- 32 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C and grease a 9inch springform pan.
- Crush the graham crackers, mix with melted butter and press into bottom of pan.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar.
- Add milk, eggs, sour cream, and flour, mixing until smooth.
- Pour onto crust.
- Bake for 1 hour and let cool in oven for about 6 hours.
- Put in fridge until ready to serve.
