Cheesecake Cookie Cups

These little cheesecake cups are the perfect dessert for entertaining and they’re super easy to make! This recipe yields 12 cheesecake cups.

Ingredients:

  • 12 pieces Nestle Tollhouse refrigerated chocolate chip cookie bar dough
  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325F/162C. Paper line 12 muffin cups.
  2. Place on piece of cookie dough into each muffin cup.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookie dough has spread to edge of cup.
  4. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, egg, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Pour about 3 tablespoons of the mixture into each cup.
  6. Bake for an additional 15-18 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Top with pie filling and refrigerate for 1 hour.
