Cheesecake Cookie Cups
These little cheesecake cups are the perfect dessert for entertaining and they’re super easy to make! This recipe yields 12 cheesecake cups.
Ingredients:
- 12 pieces Nestle Tollhouse refrigerated chocolate chip cookie bar dough
- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325F/162C. Paper line 12 muffin cups.
- Place on piece of cookie dough into each muffin cup.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookie dough has spread to edge of cup.
- Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, egg, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Pour about 3 tablespoons of the mixture into each cup.
- Bake for an additional 15-18 minutes or until set. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Top with pie filling and refrigerate for 1 hour.
